Software Developer
Hi, I'm Sabrina! I grew up in the suburbs of Chicago and earned my Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Michigan. Go Blue!
I've always been curious about how the technology we interact with every day actually works beneath the surface. That curiosity has grown into a strong interest in building user-focused, reliable, and accessible systems. With full-stack and platform experience ranging from developing large-scale fraud mitigation features to deploying MCP servers, I enjoy working on scalable products that have real-world impact. I am especially interested in accessibility, system reliability, and applied AI, and I care deeply about building technology that improves the user experience in meaningful ways.
Outside of the classroom and workplace, I love spending time in nature, whether that's backpacking through scenic trails or snowboarding in the mountains. Taking time to step outside helps balance out the amount of time I spend sitting in front of my computer .
It's great to have you here. Feel free to explore the tabs below to learn more about my skills, experience, and education!

Built and deployed an ADK-based AI agent that leverages an MCP server running on Cloud Run to deliver secure, end-to-end functionality. The system uses a multi-agent architecture to generate personalized instructor recommendations while securely retrieving authenticated data through tool queries. Recommendation quality was further improved by augmenting internal instructor data with external knowledge sources such as the Wikipedia API.

Delivered an end-to-end, full-stack serial number scanning feature in an Android application serving over 12,000 daily users. The work spanned backend and frontend systems, including persisting serial numbers in the database, exposing the data through new API endpoints, and designing and implementing new app screens to scan, view, and query serial numbers. This functionality enabled comprehensive fraud detection and helped reduce fraudulent returns, contributing to projected annual savings of $15M–$60M, and was implemented in Kotlin with Jetpack Compose and validated through integration, unit, and regression testing.
Consolidated health, wellness, and lifestyle resources into a unified mobile application designed for elderly users, with a strong emphasis on accessibility and usability. Contributed end-to-end across the product lifecycle, including project planning with Gantt charts, user research through surveys, UI/UX design in Figma, and cross-platform development using Flutter and Dart. Implemented accessibility features such as dynamic font scaling, high-contrast color palettes, and simplified navigation flows, and documented each stage of development to support maintainability and future enhancements.
Encrypted New Relic license key with AWS parameters and GitLab secrets to extend functionality to 50+ software developers. Dockerized and implemented an application to duplicate newly added New Relic configurations. Deployed app to production and monitored reported statistics such as CPU usage, response time, error tracking, etc.
